Creating awesome guitar and amp tones can be expensive, but there are a range of amazing free options available that can sound as good as the commercial versions with some basic knowledge.
This tutorial will show you how to use free Amp Sims, FX Pedals and Impulse Responses to achieve some fantastic guitar tones. While this guide is geared towards rock and metal, you can still get fantastic alternative sounds with some tweaking.
In this tutorial, we use the 8505 from Nick Crow Labs, alongside the fantastic sounding Mercuriall Cab 3.0 and the X50 and TSE808 from TSE Audio.
